before another breath..
after countless thoughts
and another,usual,hasty glimpse at your clock pointers..

you know there's something..
there was something bothering you..
incapable of explaining the reason..
and unable to overcome what lurks within..

shadows are fallin'..
and your clock keeps on breakin'
that thin blanket of silence..
and there's another breath..
not thinking anymore..
just feeling like another moment's wasted..

you decide to open your eyes again..
light a cigarette..
and pass out, like you
chose to.. leave.. forever..

and right before you realise it..
there's light again..
